Yadam Institute of Research is an Independent, apolitical, universal  Rights, Responsibilities and Duties research center which is based on the concept Research, Action and Publication. It aims to work as nodal center to bring together academics, practitioners, Researchers and policy-makers from across the globe to advance in Human Rights Education and Research. The founder of Institute, Prof. Yadam Ramkumar, strongly advocates Rights and Duties are both sides of coin. He believes an Ideal citizen is one who not only realizes its rights but also dutiful and responsible for state.

Research

 YIR main focused research Area is GENDER. We believe Global Peace and Development possible when there is sustainable Harmony and Equality between all genders without any Gender conflict. Gender is center of Peace and Development in global context where as all other are related to it. Prof. Yadam who is father of Gender Conflict Theory also known as 3P Theory which studies intensely Gender Conflict and formulated for success. Not limited to Gender but the institute jointly work many other institutions, organizations and universities in the other areas of human rights.

ACTION

Human Rights Literacy Mission is an action initiative of YIR. The mission aims to generate future ideal citizen by  imparting rights and duties education to children of all age group from Montessori level to high school level in different modules as per education psychology, linguistic standards  and special needs.

PUBLICATION

The institute publishes books in the area of Social sciences, Law, Humanities and Education. And also it publishes popular THE RIGHTS journal which is one of the reputed journal in the subject of human rights and duties. Publication is very important wing of the YIR because it generate funds for the institute. The revenue generated from sales of Books is utilized for fulfilling objective of the institute.

What is THE RIGHTS Journal?

The Rights Journal is world’s first human rights and duties research journal. It is a free, open access and peer reviewed journal. It believes in ethics of research means not only searching the searched but  comprises  creative and systematic work undertaken to increase the stock of wisdom, including knowledge of humans, culture and society, and the use of this stock of knowledge to devise new applications. Broadly the research is  used to establish or confirm facts, reaffirm the results of previous work,

Guidelines

Manuscript: Manuscript should contains text, in Relevant  title, authors and their affiliations, abstract, keywords, main text part, acknowledgments, references and figure/table captions list in Word document, and supplement/supporting information if any. The figures mustn’t  included in the main text.

Abstract:  It should be written briefly and clearly the main objectives and results/conclusions of the work; it should give the reader a clear idea of what has been achieved;

2) Indicative abstract for review article/short communication includes review of the research/methodology  in a period of comprehensive development or in the current level of development, and future prospects briefly. The length of the abstract should be within 150-200 words.

Author Biography: Biographies of the first author and/or the corresponding author within 150 words (including the author photos) should include educational and professional background, research field, and published papers and patents, etc..

Publishing Ethics: The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building own  pace in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct presentation/representation  of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher and the society of society-owned or sponsored journals.
